Senior Director of Quality Management — Job Description Job Title: Senior Director of Quality Management Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategically visionary Senior Director of Quality Management to lead enterprise-wide quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for setting quality standards, optimizing operational processes, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence across all business functions. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional leadership skills, deep expertise in quality systems, and successful experience in improving product and operational performance in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement company-wide quality management strategies and policies. Lead quality assurance, quality control, compliance, and continuous improvement projects. Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance indicators to monitor operational and product quality. Drive root cause analysis, corrective action, and preventive action (CAPA) programs. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, international standards, and internal procedures. Collaborate across functions with operations, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and senior management teams. Oversee audit, inspection, and certification processes. Manage supplier quality performance and compliance projects. Lead and mentor high-performing quality management teams across multiple regions or business units. Promote Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce defects. Support business growth by maintaining a scalable and sustainable quality system. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Over 10 years of quality management experience with extensive leadership experience. Proficient in ISO standards, quality systems, risk management, and compliance frameworks. Experience in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale quality projects. Strong leadership and strategic decision-making abilities. Preferred Skills Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification. Experience managing global or regional quality operations. Familiar with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and data analytics systems. Possesses exceptional stakeholder management and executive reporting experience.
