Role Description The Senior Regional Vice President is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for driving regional business growth, developing strategic client relationships, and overseeing sales operations. The role requires creating and executing sales strategies, leading and mentoring regional sales teams, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to meet and exceed revenue targets. The successful candidate will lead by example, build a strong market presence, and foster an inclusive and performance-driven culture across the region. Qualifications Strategic leadership, team mentorship, and relationship management skills Experience in sales strategy development, revenue growth management, and performance optimization Proficiency in financial markets, investment products, and mutual fund offerings Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic industry Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred Proven track record of success in senior sales or regional leadership roles within the financial services sector
