Senior Regulatory Accountant

A company is looking for a Senior Regulatory Accountant to support U.S. regulatory accounting initiatives and complex financial reporting activities. Key Responsibilities Support ongoing accounting, reporting, and regulatory initiatives in partnership with the U.S. Regulatory Accounting team Contribute to the creation and review of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for accounting system enhancements Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform complex account reconciliations to ensure regulatory and financial accuracy Required Qualifications 15+ years of progressive accounting experience in financial services, banking, or capital markets Experience developing and implementing FP&A and financial reporting processes in complex organizations Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP accounting and financial reporting frameworks Experience supporting financial systems implementations and enhancements Ability to analyze large data sets and perform advanced Excel-based reconciliations and validations
