Purpose Oversee the construction process and staff for various projects, including buildings, roads, and bridges. Responsibilities Leadership and Direction Receive administrative supervision with assignments given only in terms of broad general objectives and limits. Apply expert-level technical knowledge and experience to assignments. Maintain quality control and quality assurance of work produced by staff. At the Operational and Company Level Assist with the marketing of the firm's capabilities to establish new clients and enhance relationships. Do the Work Provide guidance, leadership and training to inspection team. Communicate with clients, contractors and staff on various construction projects. Coordinate with stakeholders. Read and interpret complex contract documents. Oversee projects to ensure that the work is executed on time and on budget and in accordance with the client's requirements and within company policies and procedures.
