Opportunity Overview We are building a high-performance restoration company designed around one core principle: The people generating revenue in the field should be compensated like producers—not hourly labor. This is not a traditional “technician” role. This is a revenue-generating field leadership position that combines: Field execution Project leadership Revenue generation Customer management Estimating support Operational oversight This role is designed for someone who can both: Lead and execute restoration work in the field, and Drive project revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction You will function as a hybrid: Field Operator Crew Leader Revenue Producer Estimating Support Lead Customer-Facing Project Manager This is a hands-on role that requires active participation in mitigation and restoration activities while simultaneously managing project outcomes and profitability. Compensation Structure Base Compensation $28 – $35/hour (based on experience) Overtime (1.5x) Revenue Participation (Primary Earnings Driver) 3% – 6% of gross job revenue on projects you lead and execute Additional estimating incentives on approved scopes Paid after project completion and payment collection Performance & Profitability Bonuses Job Efficiency $150 – $500 per completed project based on: Timeline execution Equipment utilization Operational efficiency Quality of field execution Customer Experience $50 – $100 per: 5-star review Referral source mention Adjuster/customer recognition Revenue Accelerator $75K monthly production → +$1,000 $100K monthly production → +$2,500 $150K+ monthly production → +$5,000 Quarterly Retention & Leadership Bonus $2,000 – $5,000 based on: Revenue consistency Documentation quality Team leadership Customer satisfaction Field performance Realistic Earnings Potential Base Compensation: ~$65K – $80K Revenue Participation + Bonuses: $30K – $70K+ Realistic Total Compensation: $100K – $150K+ annually Top producers with strong operational, estimating, and leadership ability may exceed these ranges. Core Responsibilities Field Execution & Project Leadership Actively perform and lead water, fire, and mold mitigation work in the field Set up and monitor: Drying equipment Containment systems Extraction and demolition activities Participate directly in project execution alongside technicians when necessary Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally Revenue & Scope Management Identify full project scope and revenue opportunities Support estimating and insurance documentation using Xactimate Assist in maximizing legitimate project scope and supplement opportunities Help drive profitability through efficient execution and proper documentation Operational Oversight Perform moisture mapping and job scoping Manage daily project progress and crew coordination Ensure equipment is properly utilized and monitored Maintain production timelines and operational standards Customer & Adjuster Relations Serve as primary field contact for customers and adjusters Maintain professionalism and responsiveness throughout projects Build trust and confidence with customers and referral partners Documentation & Compliance Capture: Photos Moisture readings Equipment logs Job notes Maintain insurance-ready documentation standards What We’re Looking For Proven restoration experience (water, mold, and fire mitigation preferred) Strong field execution ability and willingness to work hands-on in the field Leadership mentality with high accountability Ability to independently manage projects and crews Performance-driven mindset focused on production, profitability, and results Estimating and/or insurance experience is highly valued Why Join Us Revenue participation model rarely offered in restoration industry Small, elite, high-performance team with no corporate bureaucracy Direct path into: Operations leadership Estimating/project management Senior field leadership Opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly scaling DFW restoration company Positioning We are building a modern
