Compensation: Hourly range listed includes base pay plus commission earnings. Work Location: In person Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to create a welcoming shopping experience Assist customers with product selection, offering detailed product demonstrations and upselling when appropriate Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management to keep the sales floor fully stocked Apply excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support team supervision by mentoring new staff, supervising daily operations, and ensuring store policies are followed Use strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and resolve customer concerns promptly Qualifications Previous retail sales experience, preferably in grocery stores or similar retail environments Supervising experience is highly desirable, demonstrating leadership capabilities Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling and transactions Ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and inventory management tasks efficiently Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively Knowledge of product demos and upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with customers both in person and over the phone Join us as a Senior Retail Sales Associate where your enthusiasm, expertise, and dedication will make a real difference!
