Job Description
Job Title: Senior Sales Lead – US (AI Pharma SaaS) Location: Fully Remote (US-focused) Overview We are partnering with a well-funded, European-based AI pharma startup that is expanding into the U.S. market. Following a successful funding round (~€7M raised late last year) and growing traction across Europe, the business is now looking to hire its first senior commercial leader in the U.S. This is a high-impact role for an experienced SaaS sales professional with a strong track record in life sciences, who is excited by the opportunity to build and scale a market from an early stage. The Opportunity As the first U.S.-focused sales hire, you will take ownership of commercial growth in the region. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy, opening key accounts, and driving revenue across pharma and biotech customers. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and offers significant influence over the company’s U.S. expansion. Key Responsibilities Lead U.S. commercial expansion and revenue growth Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for the U.S. market Identify, engage, and close new business across pharma and biotech Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities Establish and grow key customer relationships Work closely with leadership, product, and marketing teams Provide market feedback to shape product and positioning Play a key role in future team build-out as the business scales Requirements Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions into life sciences (pharma/biotech) Experience closing enterprise-level deals and managing complex sales cycles Strong understanding of the U.S. pharma/biotech landscape Comfortable operating in a startup or scale-up environment Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills What’s on Offer First U.S. commercial hire with significant ownership and autonomy Opportunity to build and shape a market from the ground up Backed by strong funding and an innovative AI-driven product Fully remote working model Competitive compensation with high earning potential
