Created/Revised Date: 5/08/2026 Anticipated Closing Date: 6/08/2026 Job Title : Senior Scientist Location: Aliso, Viejo, CA [The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $ $47.07 - $58.85/hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.] Employment Type: Temporary-to-hire FLSA Status: [Non-Exempt] Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Perform hands-on bench work supporting formulation and process development activities Conduct analytical testing including HPLC, dissolution, UV-Vis, and related small molecule characterization activities Support formulation development, process improvement, and technology transfer activities Generate, analyze, interpret, and summarize experimental data for project teams Write technical reports and provide recommendations for next steps Support compliance with ICH guidelines, cGLP, and cGMP requirements Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Quality teams Requirements: 5–8 years of relevant industry experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Strong pharmaceutical industry experience preferred Hands-on small molecule analytical experience required Experience with HPLC, dissolution testing, UV-Vis, formulation development, and unit operations GMP / cGMP experience required Technical report writing experience required Peptide and protein experience is a plus Soft Skills: Strong communication skills Collaborative team player mentality Open to feedback and continuous learning Able to learn from mistakes and adapt quickly Strong sense of ownership and accountability Benefits: Eastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
