Senior ServiceNow Administrator Location: Arlington, VA Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Description: The Senior ServiceNow Administrator shall have 5 or more years of experience with ServiceNow and have earned ServiceNow Mainline CSA certifications, Citizen Developer Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems. Participate in deployment of features and ServiceNow releases. Make recommendations and participate in implementing ServiceNow requirements. Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in IT Service Management. 5+ years of demonstrated configurations, applications and integrations. Demonstrated knowledge in developing and executing maturity recommendations to improve the overall performance, efficiency and effectiveness of the platform. Demonstrated knowledge of developing and executing automated test frameworks (includes best practices, guidelines, process, tooling). Proficient in the use of tools and methods to efficiently manage product releases, sprints, and development cycles applying automated CI/CD practices. Ability to monitor, troubleshoot and recommend solutions for integrations between ServiceNow and other off-premise cloud services such as Microsoft Azure, and between other on-premise FDIC systems. Micro certification in Integration Hub recommended. Compensation and Benefits: Salary Range: $1235,000-155,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs.
