Job Overview We are seeking a highly capable Smart Home & Security Systems Designer / Technology Consultant to lead client consultations, design integrated technology systems, and help drive sales growth. This is not a basic sales role. You will work directly with: homeowners builders designers architects business owners to design premium technology systems for residential and commercial projects. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys: ownership problem solving client interaction technology continuous growth high-performance environments What Great Performance Looks Like (First 90 Days) Leads are followed up quickly and professionally Clients feel confident and informed during consultations Proposals are clean, accurate, and delivered quickly Communication with clients and project teams is proactive Builder and designer relationships begin developing Opportunities are tracked and organized properly Sales pipeline stays active and moving Key Responsibilities Conduct on-site consultations and discovery meetings Design smart home, AV, networking, and security systems Build and present proposals Help clients understand technology solutions clearly Coordinate with project management and field teams Maintain CRM and sales pipeline organization Follow up consistently on opportunities Support builders, designers, and referral relationships Represent the Lancelot brand professionally Our Culture & How We Work We believe in freedom with responsibility.
