Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Software Engineer located in Sarasota, FL. The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions, with a focus on back-end web development and object-oriented programming. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing clean, scalable code, troubleshooting and debugging software issues, and ensuring the implementation of best practices in software development. Qualifications A strong background in Computer Science with proficiency in programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Extensive experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development Solid understanding of building scalable and efficient software applications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with attention to detail Ability to work in an on-site, team-based environment in Sarasota, FL Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field; a Master's degree is a plus Experience with AI, machine learning frameworks, or automation technologies is a plus Familiarity with cloud platforms and version control systems is beneficial
