Who you are 5+ years of backend development experience in Python or Go 5+ years experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and deployment (AWS, Docker) Experience with cloud networking and security - VPC, DNS, VPN, PKI Provision compute resources, scaling and optimization Strong software engineering skills; knowledge of best practices, testing, and deployment Experience designing and operating distributed systems Strong data analytics & modeling & ML skills Experience in managing IoT devices What the job involves As a Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for building and operating our cloud-based data platform You will develop robust data pipelines for ingestion and processing, optimize data models and SQL queries, and ensure our AI applications scale reliably to support a rapidly growing fleet of remote cameras You will design secure network architectures between cloud platforms and remote IoT devices
