About The Role The Senior Software Engineer at Welltower is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust data infrastructure that powers the organization's analytics and business intelligence initiatives. This role requires expertise in building scalable data pipelines, managing cloud-based data warehousing solutions, and implementing data quality frameworks. The Senior Data Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead data engineering projects to completion, and establish best practices for data management across the organization.
