Senior Software Engineer (Rust)

We're partnered with a crypto infrastructure company building high-performance backend systems used to process and route large volumes of real-time transactional data. The engineering team is heavily focused on reliability, scalability and performance, with Rust being a core part of the stack. The role includes: Building and scaling backend services in Rust Designing distributed systems handling real-time data flows Improving system throughput and reliability Working on infrastructure used across trading, payments and blockchain systems Optimising performance in latency-sensitive environments Ideal background: 3+ years backend engineering experience Strong commercial Rust experience Experience with distributed systems or high-scale backend services Interest in performance-focused engineering environments Experience from trading, fintech, infrastructure or crypto companies is highly relevant.
