The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a banquet chef role, previous experience leading a unionized team, and background in high-volume production. What will I be doing? As Sr. Sous Chef of Banquets, you would be responsible for assisting with the direction and oversight of all culinary operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
