Position Overview Reporting to the Manager, Broadcast & Media Operations, the Senior Specialist, Broadcast & Media supports the daily coordination and technical management of Celebrity Cruises' fleetwide broadcast and media operations. This position ensures consistent programming delivery, content quality, and system performance across all vessels while supporting the creation, organization, and archiving of media assets for both shipboard and shoreside initiatives. The Senior Specialist works closely with shipboard Broadcast Managers, internal departments, and external vendors to maintain high standards in programming, production, and system reliability. This role combines operational expertise, production skills, and digital media management to strengthen the overall Broadcast & Media ecosystem and ensure continuity of brand storytelling across the fleet. Operational Efficiency Serve as the main shoreside contact for shipboard Broadcast Managers, assisting with troubleshooting, scheduling updates, and coordination of daily broadcast activities. Track fleetwide media systems, project timelines, and operational requests to ensure consistency and efficiency.
