Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior System Engineer, based in Virginia Beach, VA, with the flexibility to work remotely part-time. The Senior System Engineer will manage and maintain IT systems, perform troubleshooting, provide technical support, and design systems to meet organizational needs. The role includes identifying and resolving system issues, ensuring system reliability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative IT solutions. Qualifications Proficiency in Systems Engineering and Systems Design Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support Experience in System Administration and maintaining system performance Problem-solving abilities and knowledge of IT infrastructure best practices Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt in a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Experience in the water resource or public utilities sector is a plus
