A financial services firm is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate. This role is 5 days onsite. Description Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across all departments Maintain accurate records and reporting in the applicant tracking system and prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports Develop and sustain talent pipelines Execute recruiting strategies to enhance candidate quality and decrease time-to-hire Stay informed on financial services trends to provide market insights Manage and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies Evaluate agency performance to ensure alignment with internal standards and hiring timelines Coordinate onboarding activities, including background checks, documentation, and equipment setup Source, screen, and assess candidates within private equity, private credit, asset management, fintech, and broader financial services Assist in creating and improving onboarding materials and processes Requirements 5+ years of experience in recruiting Bachelors Degree Recruiting experience within financial services is required Must be open to working on site 5x a week Strong communications skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment The annual base salary range is $135,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
