Who you are The ideal candidate brings deep expertise recruiting for technical roles and uses that lens to elevate hiring across all searches 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a demonstrated focus on technical hiring (Engineering, Product, Data/Analytics), ideally in a startup or high-growth environment (healthtech a plus) Proven ability to source and close technical talent (engineers, PMs, data scientists) at all levels, with the versatility to recruit across corporate functions as well Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide strategy and improve performance High ownership and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments Experience with modern recruiting tools and systems, including Greenhouse Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting tools and a demonstrated interest in leveraging technology to improve outcomes Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively What the job involves We’re looking for a Senior Talent Partner who is motivated by our mission to unlock transformational healthcare outcomes To simplify the healthcare experience for employers and members, we’ve built a unified digital platform across medical, pharmacy benefits, and virtual care This role will own end-to-end recruiting across the business, with a focus on both technical functions - including Eng, Product, and Data - as well as corporate functions such as Commercial and G&A This role will play a key part in shaping recruiting strategy, improving processes, and elevating how we attract and hire talent If you thrive in a growth-stage environment and enjoy building as you go, this is a high-impact opportunity Own full-cycle recruiting with a tech-first focus — driving searches across Engineering, Product, and Data — while also supporting corporate functions as needed Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategy, calibrate profiles, and drive efficient processes Build and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across multiple channels Design structured, inclusive interview processes that enable strong, data-driven hiring decisions Use recruiting data and funnel metrics to identify gaps, influence stakeholders, and continuously improve outcomes Act as a strategic advisor on search strategy, market intel and candidate insights Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and leadership to support headcount planning/tracking and hiring priorities Identify opportunities to leverage AI for improving processes, tools, and overall recruiting efficiency Serve as a subject matter expert on recruiting best practices, tools, and market trends Leverage AI tools (e.g., sourcing platforms, resume screening, outreach optimization, interview note synthesis) to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and emerging AI-enabled platforms like Juicebox to build scalable pipelines and mitigate fraud Experiment with and adopt new technologies (e.g., talent intelligence tools, automated scheduling, AI-assisted search) to drive efficiency Use AI to enhance judgment in candidate evaluation and stakeholder decision-making Stay current on evolving trends in AI within Talent Acquisition and proactively bring ideas to the team Benefits Competitive compensation Health Savings Account External learning and career development panels Hybrid in-office culture and commuter benefits at our NYC HQ Full medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K
