Job Title : Senior Technical Lead with Jenzabar, Blackboard LMS, and advanced SQL/PLSQL Location : Carlsbad, California, United States, New York, New Jersey (Onsite) Responsibilities: Lead/Configure, development, integration, and support of Jenzabar ERP and Blackboard LMS Write and optimize complex SQL/PLSQL code for data-driven applications Manage system architecture, data migration, and performance tuning Collaborate across teams to align technical delivery with institutional needs Mentor developers and drive coding standards and documentation What We’re Looking For: 5+ years in enterprise application development and technical leadership In-depth experience with Jenzabar (EX or CX) and Blackboard Strong SQL & PL/SQL (Oracle or similar RDBMS) Knowledge of SIS, LMS integrations, and education data flows Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Bonus Skills: Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS, Tableau) Familiarity with cloud (AWS/Azure) and API integrations Background in higher education IT or edtech systems Enterprise Mobility Inc george@entmobi.com https://www.linkedin.com/in/george-sagaria-348797104
