Who We Are Neya is a leader in advanced robotics developing off-road autonomy for both commercial and defense customers. Our deep domain expertise spans semi-autonomy, autonomy, perception, and mission planning; all of which support a wide range of DoD and commercial thrust areas. Our main center of gravity is in the Pittsburgh area. We are looking for a senior Project Manager to manage and ensure successful, on-time, on-budget delivery of engineering solutions. You must be a leader that is well-organized and dedicated to committing effective relationships with the teams and customers you collaborate with. This successful individual should be proactive, accountable and able to navigate ambiguity while driving the process across teams and priorities. You will work closely with customers and other stakeholders to understand goals and objectives, develop program needs and manage a direct team. What You’ll Do Strong collaboration and management across our software, systems, autonomy, hardware, operations, and testing teams in order to achieve program-level activities and milestones Remove obstacles to drive clarity and progress, identify gaps in communication or schedule, manage issue escalations and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities, and drive results proactively Management of direct labor, profit, and earned value across project timelines aligning to corporate financial tracking requirements.
