Role Summary Interaction Insight Corporation (IIC) is seeking a relentless, high-performing Senior Territory Sales Executive to drive aggressive growth across Southern/Eastern Ohio, Michigan, Eastern Indiana, Eastern Northern Kentucky, and West Virginia . This is a true hunter role for a sales professional who thrives on winning new business, opening doors, building a pipeline, and closing complex B2B deals. You will represent industry-leading voice recording, compliance, and communications solutions serving Public Safety, Financial Services, State & Local Government, Contact Centers, Utilities, Transportation, and Healthcare markets. We are looking for a motivated closer with a strong sense of urgency, a competitive mindset, and a proven ability to sell at every level of organization, from end users to C-level executives. What You’ll Own Your Responsibilities Generate new revenue through relentless prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and territory penetration Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline of opportunities Close new logos and expand existing accounts Develop strategic relationships with decision-makers and influencers Conduct in-person client meetings, presentations, demos, and negotiations Partner with internal teams to deliver winning proposals and solutions Maintain high customer retention while increasing account spending Develop channel partners and referral relationships to accelerate growth Own your territory like a business within a business Territory Southern/Eastern Ohio, Michigan, Eastern Indiana, Northern Kentucky, and West Virginia. Work Environment This is an outside sales role operating from a home/virtual office. Top performers will spend approximately 7065% of their time in the field meeting customers and prospects. Non-field time will focus on: Prospecting and outbound business development Virtual meetings and presentations Proposal development Pipeline management Strategic account planning You will also have support from a Business Development Specialist to help create opportunities—but this role is built for someone who creates their own momentum. Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota Strong cold-calling and new business development skills Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close Self-starter who works independently with minimal oversight Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Strong business acumen and closing ability Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Preferred Qualifications Experience selling technology, telecommunications, SaaS, compliance, or data solutions Experience selling into Public Safety, Government, or regulated industries Experience developing channel partners and indirect sales channels Existing relationships within assigned territory markets Bachelor’s degree preferred Leadership ambition with a desire to grow into sales management Compensation Competitive base salary Uncapped commission structure Six-figure earnings potential for producers Company vehicle Company credit card Cell phone and laptop Paid training PTO and benefits package Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits 401(k) Paid time off Work Location: In person
