Position Overview Heartline Staffing is seeking one experienced Travel Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in a 1099 commission-only role . This is not an entry-level opportunity. We are looking for a recruiter who already understands the travel healthcare space and can operate independently from day one. The ideal candidate has experience working with VMS platforms , understands contract-based placements , and is capable of sourcing, engaging, and submitting qualified candidates for travel assignments. Candidates should come in with either an existing pipeline or active travelers currently on assignment and be ready to build, manage, and grow their own desk.
