HDR is seeking a Senior Utility Management Services Lead within our Utility Management Services (UMS) group. This position will serve as a client service manager, project manager, planning and technical resource to regional and national teams, and a leader to develop and implement regional and Water Business Group initiatives. This position will report through the Missouri-Kansas (MOKAN) business group but is planned to split time between local and national project deli
