Role Description This is a full-time remote role for the Senior Vice President of Finance at Ripple Labs, Inc. The role involves leading strategic financial planning, overseeing the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards, and providing analytical insights to guide business decisions. The SVP of Finance will collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute financial strategies, manage budgets, and drive organizational financial health. Qualifications Proven expertise in Financial Planning, strategy development, and overseeing financial operations Experience producing, analyzing, and interpreting complex Financial Statements and Financial Reporting Strong Analytical Skills with a capability to turn data into actionable insights for decision-making Comprehensive understanding of finance and accounting principles Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Advanced proficiency with financial software and tools A CPA, CFA certification, or an advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is strongly preferred Experience working in a financial technology or blockchain-related company is a plus
