Role Description This full-time remote role offers an exciting opportunity to lead Wintermute’s finance function as the Senior Vice President of Finance. The successful candidate will oversee financial planning, evaluate financial performance, manage budgets, prepare financial statements, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial insights. Responsibilities also include mentoring team members, optimizing financial processes, and supporting long-term organizational goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Planning and Financial Statements, demonstrating an ability to craft and assess strategic financial plans aligned with organizational goals. Expertise in Finance and Financial Reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial disclosures and reporting standards. Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data, forecast trends, and make data-driven recommendations. Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring finance teams. Familiarity with relevant financial software tools and technologies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders. Educational background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a preference for advanced qualifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, MBA).
