Senior Vice President of Business Expansion Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Vice President of Business Expansion to lead global market growth, strategic partnerships, and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial leadership experience, deep market insight, and a forward-thinking understanding of emerging technologies, particularly blockchain and digital innovation ecosystems. This role is responsible for identifying new revenue opportunities, expanding regional and international business presence, and driving cross-functional collaboration to accelerate sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute global business expansion strategies aligned with corporate objectives Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and investment channels across multiple industries Lead strategic initiatives involving blockchain technology, Web3 ecosystems, digital assets, and decentralized business solutions Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, institutional partners, investors, and government stakeholders Drive revenue growth through strategic alliances, mergers, acquisitions, and market penetration initiatives Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to support blockchain-enabled business models and digital transformation projects Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to support executive decision-making Lead and mentor high-performing business development and regional expansion teams Represent the company at international conferences, industry forums, and investor meetings Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry best practices across global markets Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred 10+ years of senior leadership experience in business development, corporate strategy, or market expansion Strong understanding of blockchain technology, fintech, digital platforms, or Web3 ecosystems Proven track record in driving international growth and strategic partnerships Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and leadership capabilities with a results-oriented mindset Experience working in multinational or fast-growing technology environments is highly preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience in blockchain infrastructure, crypto-related business models, or digital asset ecosystems Existing network within technology, fintech, investment, or blockchain industries Familiarity with smart contracts, decentralized finance (DeFi), tokenization, or enterprise blockchain applications
