About the Role: Everspring is looking for a bold, modern, and highly strategic Senior Vice President of Human Resources to lead and evolve our people function for our next stage of growth. The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced HR leader, and a strategic thinker who thrives in the face of challenge, finds new and innovative ways to drive improvement, and is unafraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. They are by nature a "people person," with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a desire to oversee, build, and cultivate the interrelated people functions for our growing team.
