The successful candidate will have full accountability for safety, operational performance, and financial results, and will be responsible for leading and managing Site Directors, driving operational excellence, and partnering with executive leadership to support growth and profitability. Key responsibilities include overseeing multi-site operations with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and performance, maintaining full P&L responsibility, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiencies. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Operations role at the company should have extensive experience in the scrap, steel, or related heavy industrial operations industry, with a proven track record of senior-level operations leadership and multi-site responsibility.
