Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Vice President of Operations. The SVP of Operations will oversee cross-functional teams, manage day-to-day operational processes, and ensure effective implementation of strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include leading operations management, overseeing P&L performance, executing strategic plans, enhancing customer service operations, and driving large-scale projects. The role requires communication across key stakeholders to align efforts with organizational goals. Qualifications Proven expertise in Operations Management, with experience in optimizing systems and processes to ensure seamless organizational performance Proficiency in P&L Management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making for sustainable growth Strong background in Customer Service, using data-driven approaches to elevate customer satisfaction and retention Strategic Planning skills with the ability to implement long-term visions and drive business strategies effectively Experience in Project Management, demonstrating the ability to deliver complex initiatives within scope, time, and budget Strong leadership and team development abilities, with experience mentoring high-performing teams in a remote or hybrid work environment Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred, with significant experience in executive or operational leadership roles
