The successful candidate will be responsible for leading credit assessments of both new and existing counterparties, with a focus on private equity and alternative investment funds. This role involves evaluating client financial performance to develop a comprehensive view of credit and risk characteristics, as well as defining, recommending, and overseeing credit limits in accordance with the company's portfolio strategy and risk appetite. The SVP will also play a key role in the structuring and negotiation of credit terms, conducting ongoing monitoring of client performance, and providing independent reviews of proposed transactions and business initiatives. Applicants for the SVP position in Private Equity Credit Risk at the company should have a strong background in credit risk assessment and management, particularly within the private equity and alternative investment space.
