Responsibilities Senior Windows System Administrator to design, implement, and support enterprise infrastructure environments. This role requires expertise in Windows Server administration along with hands-on experience in container platforms such as OpenShift and Kubernetes, and virtualization technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining system reliability, performance, and security across hybrid environments. Administer, maintain, and support Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022). Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and IIS. Design and support virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V). Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Kubernetes and OpenShift. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness. Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell and scripting tools. Collaborate with DevOps and application teams to support CI/CD pipelines. Implement and enforce secu
