We are looking for passionate, analytical, and results-oriented SEO professionals at multiple levels, from leadership to execution, who specialise in semantic SEO, topical authority, and search intent–driven optimization to drive sustainable organic growth across global markets. We have multiple openings across the SEO function: SEO Managers SEO Team Leads SEO Specialists Outreach Specialists Why Join Us? As part of our SEO team, you will: Drive organic growth through semantic SEO, topical clustering, and intent-based optimization, not outdated keyword stuffing. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Content, Product, and Development, to align SEO with real user journeys. Help shape search-led content and authority strategies with measurable, long-term impact. Collaborate in a supportive environment that values experimentation, structured thinking, and continuous learning. SEO Manager Role Overview Lead our SEO function end-to-end with a strong focus on semantic SEO and topical authority. You will own strategy, performance, and team growth while ensuring our SEO approach aligns with modern search behavior, entity-based search, and evolving SERPs. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and measure semantic-first SEO strategies across content, technical, and off-page initiatives. Lead and mentor SEO Team Leads and Specialists on search intent mapping, topic clustering, and content depth. Coordinate with Outreach, Content, and Dev teams to strengthen topical authority and organic visibility. Track SEO performance using GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and similar tools, translating data into strategic decisions. You’re a great fit if you have: 5+ years of experience with SEO. Strong SEO leadership experience with a clear understanding of semantic search and modern SEO frameworks. Hands-on expertise in technical SEO, content architecture, and entity-based optimization. Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills. SEO Team Lead Role Overview Own execution and strategy for key SEO initiatives with a semantic SEO lens. You’ll mentor Specialists, align execution with business KPIs, and ensure on-page, technical, and off-page efforts support search intent and topical depth. Responsibilities Lead SEO campaigns focused on semantic coverage, content quality, and search intent alignment. Coach SEO Specialists and coordinate with Outreach teams to support authority-driven growth. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, topic mapping, and performance reporting. Implement technical fixes and semantic-driven content recommendations. Ideal Background 3 to 5 years of experience with SEO. Proven SEO experience with leadership or mentorship exposure. Strong understanding of semantic SEO principles, SERP behavior, and performance metrics. SEO Specialist Role Overview Execute on-page and technical SEO with a strong emphasis on semantic optimization. You’ll work on keyword research, content optimization, and reporting to support topical authority and long-term organic growth. Responsibilities Perform keyword research with a focus on intent, entities, and topic clusters (semantic SEO). Optimize metadata, internal linking, and page structure to improve semantic relevance. Assist in technical SEO audits and issue resolution. Collaborate with Content teams to strengthen semantic SEO and topical authority. Monitor SEO metrics and generate actionable insights. You’re a great fit if you have: 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience. A solid understanding of semantic SEO, content optimization, and modern ranking factors. Familiarity with tools like GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog. Outreach Specialist Role Overview Support off-page SEO growth by building high-quality, contextually relevant backlinks that strengthen topical authority. Your work will directly support semantic SEO strategies, not generic link acquisition. Key Responsibilities Identify relevant, niche-aligned link opportunities that support topical authority. Execute outreach campaigns aligned with content themes and semantic goals. Build and maintain relationships with bloggers, publishers, and industry partners.
