SEO Manager (Confidential Agency) Location: Must reside in Colorado We’re a Denver-based, full-service digital marketing and lead generation agency looking for a strategic, analytical, and hands-on SEO Manager. We help businesses dominate organic search and drive measurable ROI. We are looking for an SEO expert who thrives in both high-level strategy and in-the-weeds technical execution. You won't just be pulling reports-you’ll be shaping the strategy, auditing the technical gaps, and leading the charge to get our clients to the top of their digital summit. Day to day: Build the roadmap: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to local, national, and enterprise client goals. Tear down and optimize: Conduct full-scale SEO audits (technical, content, UX, backlink profiles) and translate those findings into actionable steps. Live in the data: Monitor performance across GA4, Google Search Console, and core SEO platforms to analyze KPIs and maximize ROI. Get technical: Partner with development teams to implement schema markup, overhaul site architecture, and optimize mobile/site speed and crawl efficiency. Collaborate and lead: Work seamlessly with content creators, designers, and PPC teams to execute on-page and off-page initiatives. Own the room: Confidently present insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations directly to clients. Elevate the team: Mentor junior SEO team members and share your knowledge to make the whole agency better. What we're looking for: Colorado Resident: You must live in Colorado. Experience: 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience in an agency or in-house environment. Tool mastery: Deep proficiency with the core stack: GA4, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog. Data-driven mindset: Strong analytical skills where every decision is backed by data. Project management: Excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple clients and cross-functional projects without losing rhythm. Bonus points for: Battle-tested experience in enterprise, medical, or highly competitive SEO niches. Familiarity with CMS platforms (especially WordPress) and a working knowledge of basic HTML/CSS.
