Job Overview We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Duties Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner Take food and beverage orders accurately Deliver orders promptly and accurately Upsell menu items and beverages to increase revenue Provide exceptional guest service throughout the dining experience Handle cash and credit card transactions using our Toast POS systems Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Skills Strong Sales and Guest Services skills Proficiency in basic math for order accuracy and bill calculations Ability to upsell and promote menu items effectively Knowledge of culinary terms and food preparation techniques is a plus Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems preferred Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas according to food industry standards Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $16.90 per hour Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
