Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items to enhance the dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted clearly Upsell menu items and beverages to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining genuine guest engagement Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper food handling, sanitation, and presentation standards are met at all times Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns swiftly, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with sanitation standards Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations for bills and tips Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife environments such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; experience with OpenTable for reservations management is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Experience in serving or host/hostess roles demonstrates excellent guest relations skills Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and bill calculations are essential Join us if you’re passionate about delivering memorable hospitality experiences!
