Duties Assist servers by bussing tables promptly, clearing dishes, and resetting for new guests to maintain a clean and inviting dining area Support the host team by greeting guests warmly, managing reservations, and seating patrons efficiently to optimize flow Maintain cleanliness standards through regular cleaning of tables, chairs, and service stations in compliance with health regulations Handle food handling tasks with care, including delivering food orders from the kitchen to tables when needed Support catering events or special functions by setting up tables, assisting with service, and ensuring guest satisfaction Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly Uphold excellent customer service by engaging politely with guests, answering questions about menus or wait times, and ensuring a positive experience Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene Experience in catering or hotel hospitality is a plus but not mandatory Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is advantageous A friendly attitude combined with excellent teamwork skills to foster a welcoming atmosphere Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods throughout shifts This energetic role invites motivated individuals eager to grow within the food industry while delivering outstanding hospitality.
