La Vetta La Vetta is the upstairs Italian dining room. The experience is dramatic, intimate, and dynamic. The kitchen is led by a Michelin starred chef. We are building an opening team that is polished without being stiff, and precise without losing warmth. The Role You make the night feel effortless through water, marking, clearing, and resets. Quiet urgency, pristine standards, and constant readiness are the baseline.
