Job Summary A Server's Assistant, also known as a Server's Aide or Server's Helper, is responsible for assisting the servers in a restaurant in providing exceptional service to customers. They work closely with the servers to ensure that tables are set up properly, that customers are served promptly, and that the dining area is clean and organized. Key Responsibilities: Supporting sushi service: They help the servers in running sushi food to customers and ensuring that sushi orders are delivered accurately and promptly. Checking side work: They check and assist with side work such as preparing salads, soups, and other necessary items to ensure that they are ready to be served to customers. Personal Requirements: Must have an upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude Must be able to assist guests and possess excellent guest relations skills Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a team Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods Maintains personal solid image and uniform standards Benefits/Perks Flexible schedule (Currently, we are seeking Part-Time or Full Time) Employee discount on all of our locations, on-duty and off-duty No Late Night Shift, Clock out on Time.
