Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a vital part of our restaurant, you will deliver exceptional customer service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurate and timely, and foster a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained at all times Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery Manage guest relations by addressing questions, concerns, or special requests promptly Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting host/hostess duties as needed Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage bookings efficiently Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and adhere to sanitation protocols in line with food safety regulations Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Experience in upselling menu items and enhancing guest satisfaction through sales techniques Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety practices Background in culinary arts or kitchen experience is a plus for better understanding of menu offerings Effective communication skills for guest interactions and teamwork within the restaurant staff Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Familiarity with reservation management tools like OpenTable is advantageous Join us if you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service in a vibrant setting!
