Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and pleasant, skilled and customer-oriented Bartender / Server /Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as selling and serving our full food menu. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment. Duties Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner Take drink orders and prepare beverages according to recipes and customer preferences Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences and menu offerings Ensure accurate cash handling and process payments using the Aloha POS system Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales Requirements Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and beverage presentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required If you are passionate about providing exceptional service, have a strong knowledge of bartending techniques, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
