Job Summary The Server/Bartender is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience across both the dining room and bar environments. This role requires a thorough understanding of continuously evolving food and beverage menus, a genuine passion for hospitality, and the ability to articulate the story behind each dish and drink with confidence and authenticity. Duties and Responsibilities Include: Welcome each guest and be aware of tone and body language at all times Inputs drink orders into the POS system immediately after the drink has been made, collecting payment from guests for drinks served Responsibly serve alcohol and have awareness of guests state of intoxication Anticipate guests needs and acknowledge guests so they know you will be right with them Complete all side work as assigned Communicate with other staff and management regarding the needs of the guest Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): Minimum of 1-year of serving and bartending experience required Strong verbal and written communication skills are required Excellent customer service and people skills required Active TABC certification required High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure Ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively Benefits and Perks: Health Benefits, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays for Full Time Employees Gym, Restaurant, and Retail Discounts Wine Education Reimbursement Referral Incentives Volunteer Opportunities Career Advancement Opportunities Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of being on your feet per shift.
