Server/Bartender

This position requires both bartending and serving. Bartenders have a table section plus their bar area to tend to. Experience is necessary for this job Responsibilities Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner Take customer orders and prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Operate cash register and handle customer payments Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines Monitor customer alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service Provide excellent customer service by anticipating needs and promptly addressing any concerns Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders Skills Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, brewing methods, and mixology techniques Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and handling tips Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food handling safety regulations and procedures Familiarity with retail math for inventory management and ordering supplies Pay: $60.00 - $300.00 per day Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Shift Day shift Evening shift Work Location: In person
