Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas Assist with setting up tables and preparing the restaurant for service Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations Requirements: Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred Knowledge of restaurant operations, including basic kitchen procedures Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service Ability to handle food safely, including proper handling and storage techniques Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Weekend availability is preferred!
