Server / Bartender – Brussels Bistro (San Clemente) Brussels Bistro is hiring a Server/Bartender to join our team at our San Clemente location. Since 2004, Brussels Bistro has brought the best of Belgian flavors and culture to Southern California. We are looking for motivated, personable, and service-driven individuals who take pride in hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You’ll Do Provide attentive, friendly, and genuine service to all guests Guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and make recommendations Prepare and serve beverages following recipes and standards Ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations Accurately take orders and process payments (Toast POS) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service Handle guest interactions professionally and proactively Schedule Weeknights and weekends required Weekend availability is essential Brunch, lunch, and dinner shifts Location: In-person – San Clemente, CA Qualifications Minimum 2 years of serving and/or bartending experience Strong guest service and communication skills Positive, upbeat attitude Ability to stay efficient and composed in a fast-paced environment Team player with attention to detail Familiarity with Toast POS (preferred) Food Handler Certificate & RBS Certification required * Languages: English required French is a plus Perks Employee discounts Paid training Growth opportunities within the company How to Apply Please submit your application through this platform and complete our online application form: https://www.brusselsbistro.com/join-our-team Applications will only be considered once the online form is completed.
