Overview We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server/Busser to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the dining experience to ensure guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent communication skills, and experience in hospitality or food service environments. Prior restaurant, catering, or hotel experience is a plus but not required. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly Clear tables and reset for new guests efficiently Buss tables by removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping and wiping down surfaces Assist with food handling and basic kitchen support as needed Support catering events or special functions when required Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service flow Uphold sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory Familiarity with food handling procedures and restaurant operations is advantageous Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential Experience with cleaning, bussing, serving, or hotel operations will be considered a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to team needs Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $10.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
