Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring special requests are noted Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operations efficiently with attention to detail Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling areas, tables, and service stations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Manage guest inquiries professionally via OpenTable or direct communication to ensure satisfaction Support food safety protocols and proper sanitation practices in all aspects of service Qualifications Prior restaurant experience with a strong background in food service, serving, or hospitality roles Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus but not required Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest rapport quickly Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Previous host/hostess experience or food industry background is advantageous Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for hospitality shines!
