Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Prepare and serve food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and issuing receipts Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed Support food preparation activities in the kitchen or café area as needed to ensure timely service Manage multiple tasks effectively through excellent time management skills in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
