Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, processing payments, and giving change accurately Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain food safety standards by adhering to sanitation and food handling protocols Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Ensure guest relations are positive by addressing concerns promptly and professionally Support the team in maintaining a clean, organized dining area aligned with sanitation regulations Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast POS and cashiering procedures Prior restaurant experience, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings, is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask effectively while managing time in a fast-paced environment Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation processes Effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members and guests Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Experience with upselling techniques to enhance sales performance Knowledge of guest services platforms like OpenTable for reservations management Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for hospitality shines!
