Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Server/Cashier to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest service while efficiently managing food orders and transactions. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Process payments swiftly and accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and digital transactions with precision Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Assist with food preparation, serving, and food safety procedures to ensure quality standards are met Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating and manage guest flow efficiently Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols in accordance with health regulations Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Experience with food industry tools like Food industry POS systems or Food industry serving roles is advantageous Basic kitchen experience or culinary background is a bonus but not required Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences!
